Furthermore, use of the family dialogue resources will help kids get better jobs in the future. The various dialogue items are designed to teach increased appreciation and understanding of people – which can lead to an early promotion to a higher wage. They are also designed to instill a greater sense of responsibility – which can lead to a supervisory position sooner. And, in addition, the dialogue method and items are designed to develop leadership skills that could lead to management positions and their higher salaries.

If, later, because of using these resources, a child is one job promotion ahead of where he or she would be at age 20, that child could bring in over $50,000 more during a 45-year working lifetime. However, if that child gets a supervisory position by age 35 with a $500 per month wage increase for 30 years, that's an additional $180,000 by age 65. And, who knows how much more income would be added if a child later on moves into a management position.
